What does 925 sterling silver mean?
925 sterling silver contains 92.5% silver, combined with other metals for strength. Valesstra's jewelry uses a 925 sterling silver base; the exact finish and stones vary by design. Read what 925 sterling silver means or explore our sterling silver jewelry.
Is gold-plated sterling silver the same as solid gold?
No. Gold-plated sterling silver has a sterling silver foundation with a gold-plated surface; it is not solid gold. Select Valesstra designs use 14K or 18K gold-plated finishes, as stated on the individual product page. Do not assume a piece is vermeil unless that description is supported for the specific item. What is rhodium-plated sterling silver?
Rhodium plating is a finish that gives sterling silver a bright, cool-toned surface. A rhodium-plated piece still has a 925 sterling silver base; the finish can wear with use. See our guide to rhodium-plated sterling silver.
Does sterling silver tarnish? Can I shower in plated jewelry?

Is cubic zirconia (CZ) a diamond?

How do I choose the right size for huggie earrings?

Shipping, orders and support
Where does Valesstra ship, and when is U.S. shipping free?
Valesstra ships to the United States and Canada. U.S. standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and $8 on orders under $50. Canada has separate rates and thresholds. Your available methods and current charges are shown at checkout; review the shipping policy for details.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within one business day. After dispatch, standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. usually takes 2–4 business days; Canada typically takes about 5–8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our full shipping policy.
Can I return or exchange jewelry?
Eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Final-sale items are excluded. Returns require authorization; read the full returns and warranty policy before sending anything back.
Does Valesstra offer a warranty?
Valesstra provides a one-year limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to the published terms. Optional paid Valesstra Protection, where available, has separate conditions; see the Protection Terms and warranty policy.
