SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
1. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Valesstra pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn. In their original condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. Returned with the original packaging and all tags attached.
Note: Jewelry exposed to water, perfume, lotions, or sweat may show signs of wear that void the return eligibility.
How to Start a Return:
Email our support team at help@valesstra.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs:
Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds vs. Store Credit:
Store Credit: For the fastest processing, we issue a Valesstra Store Credit equal to the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees). This is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.
Original Payment Method: Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Final Sale Items: All items purchased during promotional sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. WARRANTY & CARE
Valesstra stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: All Valesstra pieces come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues such as broken clasps, stone loss due to setting failure, or plating defects that occur under normal use within the first year.
- What Is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, including gradual tarnishing, fading of the gold vermeil finish, or scratches from daily use.
Damage caused by accidents, improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, salt water, perfume, lotions), or failure to follow care instructions.
Loss or theft of the item.
- Claim Process: If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
For defects discovered later within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase. We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
- Care Instructions: To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying cosmetics. Store them in the provided Valesstra box when not in use.
4. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us immediately at help@valesstra.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the items received. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
