SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING AREAS At this time, Valesstra ships exclusively within the United States.
We are currently evaluating expansion to Canada and Mexico. If you are located in these countries and wish to place an order, please contact us at help@valesstra.com prior to purchasing. International orders (where approved) are subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
2. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 business day of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed the following business day.
- During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend slightly, but we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business dayswithin the contiguous United States.
- Carrier: We primarily use UPS and other trusted carriers for all shipments.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Valesstra is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
- Tracking: You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. FREE SHIPPING We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
- Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
- Free shipping applies to Standard Ground service only. Expedited shipping options (if available) will incur additional charges.
5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at help@valesstra.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been handed to the carrier.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building management, or local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately and email them to help@valesstra.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL) For approved international orders (Canada, Mexico, etc.):
- Valesstra is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authority.
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery or pickup.
- Failure to pay these fees may result in the return or destruction of the package by customs authorities.
